                                                           ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition, to issue direction to the

District Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu to effect that the Judgment

directed to be circulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court re: Priyanka

Srivastava & Anr. Versus State of U.P.2015 Cri.L.J.2396 is not applicable

in Criminal Complaint cases filed under section 200 Cr.P.C.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 09.07.2021, there was

no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was

posted on 14.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on

14.07.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in

order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again

directed to be listed on 16.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''.

Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption “for dismissal” but

today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for

non prosecution.
