counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw this Writ Appeal and he has also sent a letter

dated 14.07.2021 to the Registry to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

appellant and the letter sent to the Registry, this Writ Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. The said letter dated 14.07.2021 shall be kept

on record. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous

petitions are closed.
