This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 144 days in

filing the Review Application.

2.Heard Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Government Counsel

appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Counsel submitted that the judgment in

Writ Appeal (MD)No.976 of 2019, dated 25.09.2019, has been complied

with. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, the Rev.Aplc(MD).SR.No.17073 of 2020, is rejected at

the S.R. stage itself. No costs.
