Heard Mrs.Srimathy, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and

Mr.K.Gokul, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The learned Counsel on either side submitted that the issue

involved in this writ appeal is squarely covered by a decision of the Hon'ble

Division Bench in W.A(MD).Nos.1122 to 1127 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019.

3. In the light of the above judgment, this writ appeal is partly

allowed with similar observations made in W.A(MD).Nos.1122 to 1127 of

2019, dated 14.11.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
