                District Judge, Erode District, Erode reversing the judgment and decree
                dated 21.08.2007 made in O.S.Nos.55 and 56 of 2006 on the file of District
                Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai.

                                   Today, when the appeals are taken up for hearing, there was no

                representation on behalf of the appellants. The learned counsel appearing

                for respondent alone appeared before this Court, through Video

                Conferencing.



                                   2. On verification of records, it appears that previously, when the

                matter was posted on 29.06.2021 also, the counsel appearing for the

                appellants, had not appeared before this Court and thus, the appeals are

                listed today, under the caption, 'for dismissal'.



                                   3. Hence, in view of the above, the Second Appeals are dismissed

                for default. No Costs.
