(Heard through video conferencing)

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, against

order dated 26.08.2016 made in E.P.No.3781/2015 in O.S.No.872/2014 on

the file of IX Assistant City Civil Court, Madras.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and there is no

appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the

Execution petition itself has already been dismissed and hence the prayer

made in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.

4. Since the very Execution Petition itself was already dismissed, there

is nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication. Accordingly, this

Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently,

connected civil miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.Nos.20047 of 2016 &

3768 of 2017, are also closed.
