                                                          ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the decree and

Judgment of the Appellate Authority-VII Judge, Court of Small Causes,

dated 05.03.2013 made in R.C.A.No.283 of 2001 and restore the decree and

Judgment of the trial Court -XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai,

dated 27.03.2001 and confirm the order of eviction passed in

R.C.O.P.No.2267 of 1997.

2.By passage of time, the parties have decided to bury their

hatchet and compromise the dispute amicably among themselves. In this

regard a memorandum of compromise dated 05.01.2021 has been filed

before this Court which has been signed by the petitioner and the

respondent. The terms of memorandum of compromise dated 05.01.2021

shall form part and parcel of this Order.

3.In view of the above development, the Civil Revision Petition is

disposed of. No costs.
