                                                      JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.)

This Writ Appeal is directed as against the order, dated

09.12.2016 passed in W.P(MD)No.23848 of 2016.

2.Originally, the said Writ Petition was filed against the notice

issued to the appellant / writ petitioner to appear for an enquiry in

respect of patta proceedings before the first respondent. The enquiry

was scheduled on 24.11.2016.

3.The learned Single Judge, by order dated 09.12.2016,

dismissed the Writ Petition as not maintainable as against the issuance

of notice and also considering the fact that the appellant / writ

petitioner himself had participated in the enquiry and given his

objections. Aggrieved by the abovesaid order, the appellant / writ

petitioner has preferred the present Writ Appeal.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Mahendran,

learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first

respondent submitted that the first respondent / Revenue Divisional

Officer http://www.judis.nic.in had passed an order, after enquiry, on 18.10.2019 and

therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Appeal

and the same has become infructuous.

5.Recording the statement made by the learned Additional

Government Pleader, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No

costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
