Mr.V.Balamuralikrishnan, learned counsel for the appellant,

submits that this writ appeal is directed against an interim order in the

writ petition and that subsequently, the writ petition has been disposed

of. Accordingly, he submits that nothing survives for adjudication in

the writ appeal.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Writ Appeal, W.A.No.

SR 13895 of 2019, stands dismissed as infructuous at the SR stage

itself. Consequently, C.M.P.No.21010 of 2019 seeking condonation of

delay in re-presentation also stands dismissed.
