Corporation, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

of 2017, stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently,

C.M.P.No.16933 of 2017, seeking to condone the delay of 304 days in

preferring the Writ Appeal, also stands dismissed.
