When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned

Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to go before Appellate

Authority and he has also filed a memo to that effect.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. However, it is open to the appellant to go before the

Appellate Authority. The memo, dated 19.01.2021 is placed on record.

No costs.
