                                                    JUDGMENT

The Original Petition in O.P.No.462 of 2008, seeking for the

grant of Letters of Administration, is converted into Testamentary Original

Suit.

2. Today, when the suit is taken up for hearing, there was no

representation on behalf of the plaintiff / petitioner. It seems that, on

09.02.2021, this Court directed the plaintiff to file an amended copy of the

petition, on or before 24.02.2021. But without any reason, the same has not

been complied with. Further, being the reason that there was no

representation on behalf of the plaintiff, this Testamentary Original Suit is

dismissed for default. However, there is no order as to costs.
