It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that the appeal is

directed against an interim order of November 27, 2013, but the

writ petition has been disposed of by an order dated October 20,

2016.

2. Accordingly, W.A.No.209 of 2021 is dismissed as

infructuous without going into the merits thereof. Consequently,

C.M.P.No.937 of 2021 is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
