                   Chennai and acquit the petitioner/accused.

In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1709 of 2021

in Crl.R.C.No.1141 of 2018, compounding the offence and acquitting the

accused, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the Judgment passed by

the Appellate Court in Crl.A.No.251 of 2016, dated 18.09.2018 and the

Judgment of the Trial Court in C.C.No.18048 of 2005, dated 07.09.2016, are

hereby set aside.
