                                                  JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J)

The grievance of the appellant with regard to the appointment of the

fourth respondent as Village Assistant has rightly been declined by the learned

Single Judge. In view of the amendment made in G.O.(Ms)No.109, Personnel

and Administrative Reforms (B) Department, dated 26.10.2015, the distant rule

has been given a go-bye. However, the appellant's case may be considered for

the next year, provided, he is otherwise qualified.

2.This Writ Appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
