The submission made on behalf of the appellant is that the legal

issue that has arisen in the appeal is already covered by an order of

March 16, 2020 passed in a batch of petitions led by W.A.No.404 of

2020.

2. Upon wasting much time, it is submitted on behalf of the

respondent herein that though the issues may be different, since the

respondent stands to get immediate benefit, the respondent has no

further grievance.

3. Whatever may be the sequitor to such submission, it appears

that the respondent has no grievance in accepting the order of March

16, 2020 passed in similar matters in the batch of appeals referred to

above. Accordingly, W.A.No.243 of 2021 is disposed of in line with the
