                     PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of
                     Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction, directing the XVIII Additional
                     Court, City Civil Court, Chennai, to adjudicate and pass appropriate orders
                     on the Memo dated 08.01.2021 filed by the petitioner in Crl. Appeal No.319
                     of 2019 in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Meters and
                     Instruments Private Ltd & Ors. v. Kanchan Mehta reported in 2017 (6) CTC
                     66, or if this Court so deems fit and proper, to refer the above Crl.OP. to
                     High Court Mediation for settlement.

                                                            ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to

adjudicate upon the Memo filed by the petitioner in Criminal Appeal No.319

of 2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to

the notice of this Court that the Court below has already passed an order on

the Memo on 10.02.2021.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition,

accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently the

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
