                                              COMMON JUDGMENT

                                   These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are preferred against the

                   order dated 29.09.2010 passed in E.S.I.O.P.Nos.75 of 2002, 77 of 2002, 80 of

                   2002 & 76 of 2002 respectively on the file of the Principal Labour Court,

                   Chennai.


                                   2.   The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that

                   already the matter was settled between the parties, under the scheme of “New

                   Amnesty Scheme”. So the relief sought for in these Civil Miscellaneous

                   appeals have become infructuous.



                                   3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are closed.

                   Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No Costs.
