                 Tirunelveli dismiss the appeal and confirmed the order passed in D.V.O.P.No.14
                 of 2015, dated 05.02.2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court,
                 Vallioor and acquit the petitioner.

                                                    ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against judgment passed in

Crl.A.No.17 of 2016, dated 30.09.2016 on the file of the learned IV Additional

District Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, confirming the order passed in D.V.O.P.No.

14 of 2015, dated 05.02.2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court,

Vallioor.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.15.02.2021), the

learned counsel for the petitioners would represent that the matter is going to be

settled and that the petitioners are willing to withdraw the revision. The learned

counsel for the petitioners has also endorsed in the petition, seeking permission

of this Court to withdraw the revision.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent is present.

4.The endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is

recorded.

5.In view of the above, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed as

withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
