JUDGMENT

The Writ Petition was filed against the order of the first

appellant, dated 4.11.2006, wherein, the award of punishment was
imposed on the Writ Petitioner by lowering one stage from the
basic pay.The said Writ Petition was allowed by this Court by order
dated 26.6.2012. Aggrieved by the same, the Writ Appeal has been
filed by the appellant/Bank.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and
perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned
counsel for the appellants state that the entire amount due and
payable to the Writ Petitioner/respondent herein was paid.The
learned counsel for the respondent/Writ Petitioner reported that
the Writ Petitioner died on 02.07.2014.
4.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view
that nothing remains to be adjudicated further in this Writ Appeal
and accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous.
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is
dismissed.
