the writ appeal itself. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, W.A.No.SR 92685 of 2011, is dismissed as

withdrawn at the SR stage itself. Consequently, M.P.No.2 of 2012

seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal also stands dismissed.

No costs.
