                                                     JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

The appeals are directed against the interim orders passed on

a post-award petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. It is submitted by the appellants and the appearing

respondent that subsequent to the order impugned dated December

3, 2020, the petition under Section 9 of the said Act has been

dismissed by a reasoned order. It is also recorded that the arbitral

award has been set aside.

3. In view of such submission, nothing remains of the matter

and O.S.A.Nos.18 to 21 of 2021 are dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.364, 366, 367, 361, 363 of 2021 are

closed. There will be no order as to costs.
