                                                       ORDER

This Court in W.P(MD)No.21617 of 2017 by order dated 15.03.2019,

remanded the back the matter for reconsideration of the second respondent in the

light of the settlement entered into between the parties as well as the judgment of

this Court in W.P.No.8760 of 20047 and also on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.42,

Transport Department, dated 27.05.2005.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel

appearing for the second respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the

Accountant General (A & E), Chennai and submitted that the benefits have been

provided to the petitioner.
