The learned counsel for the appellant and the learned

counsel for the respondents are present.

2. Memo of Compromise signed by the parties and identified

by the respective counsels is filed. Mr.S.A.Mohamed Ismail, Power of

Attorney of the appellant is also present today and he acknowledge the

receipt of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) in full quit and

satisfaction of his claim in the suit for specific performance initiated by

him.

3. Recording the same, the Appeal Suit is disposed of as

settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected civil

miscellaneous petitions are also closed.

4. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree.
