                                                      JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.)

We do not find any merit in this appeal. All along, the work goes on with the

contribution of the individual donors, who also undertake the work. In such view

of the matter, there is no need for any 'Thirupani Committee'. The learned Single

Judge is perfectly right in dismissing the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
