                   aside the fair and decreetal order made in C.M.A.Nos.12 and 13 of 2017 on
                   the file of the Additional District Court/ Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur dated
                   21.06.2018, confirming the fair and decreetal order made in HMOPNos.114
                   and 73 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Karur dated 27.02.2014
                   respectively and allow these civil miscellaneous second appeals,

                                               COMMON JUDGMENT


                              These appeal are directed as against the decree for divorce in HMOP

                   No.73 of 2012 and the dismissal of the petition for restitution of conjugal

                   rights in HMOP No.114 of 2012, on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Karur.

                             2.The parties are appearing virtually. A Joint Comprise Memo, dated

                   21.09.2020 signed by both the parties and their respective counsel has been

                   filed. The parties have stated therein that they have started living together and

                   they have agreed for annulling the decree for divorce.



                             3.In view of the above, the Joint Compromise Memo dated

                   21.09.2020 is recorded. Both the appeals will stand allowed. Both the petitions

                   in HMOPNos.114 and 73 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge,

                   Karur will stand disposed of as settled out of Court. The fact that the parties

                   have resumed cohabitation is also recorded. No costs.
