JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.)
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1
and the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 submitted that the issue
involved in the present Writ Petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in
W.A.(MD)Nos.1096, 970 and 1098 of 2020, dated 20.01.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 further
submitted that despite the order passed by this Court, the respondents are not
able to complete the work insofar as one tower is concerned, due to the
obstructions made and respondent No.2 and the Officials are acting as mute
spectators.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent
No.2 assures this Court that the order of this Court will be implemented by
keeping in mind the public interest involved.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, as orders have
already been passed by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Appeals referred supra,
with a direction to Respondent No.2 to see to it the other respondents do not
have any hindrance in completing the project, which is almost nearing the
completion, except the obstructions for erecting one line. We make it clear that
such an objection cannot be countenanced, especially, after the conclusion of
the proceedings, if required. We make it further clear that it is open to
respondent No.2 - District Collector, Karur District, to have the assistance of the
Police, if required. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition
is closed.
