                     PRAYER:       Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                     praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the
                     records on the file of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.5620/A1/2019
                     dated 01.07.2020 ad quash the same and direct the respondents to
                     consider the case of the petitioner for his request transfer to the post
                     of Librarian Grade III in any one of the branch libraries in Villupuram
                     District, in the light of the Section 38 of the persons with
                     disabilities(Equal    opportunities    Protection   of   rights     and    Full
                     Participation) Act 1995 and letter MS No.92/S/09 Personnel and
                     Administrative Reforms dated 22.07.2009 also in the light of the
                     judgment made in W.A. No.961 of 2014 dated 10.09.2014 reported in
                     CDJ 2014 MHC 3776 in accordance with law.
