                                                       ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or

decree from the jurisdictional civil Court. It is true that the

petitioner had succeeded in S.A.No.580 of 2012 dated

29.11.2016. But then, the result of allowing the said second

appeal was the dismissal of O.S.No.137 of 2005 filed by the

third respondent herein. That will not mean that the petitioner

is having any enforceable decree his favour.

3. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and

remedies, this criminal original petition is dismissed.

                                                                                        15.12.2021
