Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the

respondent.

2.As rightly pointed out by the learned

Government Advocate (Crl. Side), in view of the

decision of the Hon'ble First Bench reported in 2019

(6) CTC 465 (C.Surendhar vs The Director General Of

Police and Others), the prayer sought for in this

criminal original petition is not maintainable.

Hence, the criminal original petition stands

dismissed.
