                                                        JUDGMENT

(Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.)

Learned advocate for the appellant – original writ petitioner

withdraws this appeal since according to him, the consequential

action taken by the State Authorities satisfies his grievance. In view

of this, no further adjudication is required.

2. It is clarified that we have not gone into the merits of

the order of learned Single Judge. Either the grievance of the fourth

respondent against whom relief was sought in the writ petition, or

any action that may be taken by the State Authorities against that

respondent is also not the subject-matter of this appeal and we may

not be understood to have expressed any opinion for or against any

party in that regard.

3. This writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

                                                                        (P.U., J) (S.S.K., J)
