                     PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of
                     Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary
                     police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and to the
                     property      sitauted    in   Tiruchirapalli   District,   Manapparai    Taluk,
                     Vaiyamalaipalayam Village S.F.No.70/1 land measuring 0.55 cents out
                     of acre 1.63 cents corresponding to 0.66.0 Hectre bounded by common
                     pathway on west, Nagaraj land on east, land purchased by the seventh
                     respondent and that east west road on north.

                                                          ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein

to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the

petitioners and to the property sitauted in Tiruchirapalli District,

Manapparai Taluk, Vaiyamalaipalayam Village S.F.No.70/1 land

measuring 0.55 cents out of acre 1.63 cents corresponding to 0.66.0

Hectre bounded by common pathway on west, Nagaraj land on east, land

purchased by the seventh respondent and that east west road on north.

2.When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation made

by the petitioners, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry,

both the parties have given a statement that the civil suits are pending https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ Crl.O.P(MD).No.728 of 2020

and they are ready to obey the judgment. In the mean time, they will not

make any trouble with each other. Based upon the above undertaking, the

complaint has been closed on 01.03.2020.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

A.S.No.11 of 2019 was pending before the Sub-Court, Manapari and the

appeal filed by the private respondents was dismissed.

4.Since the representation given by the petitioner was closed by

the fourth respondent, nothing survives for further consideration or

direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is

disposed of with a direction to the petitioner may give a proper

representation, if any trouble is exist even after the above said

undertaking and disposal of the appeal, by stating proper facts and

necessity of the police protection to the concerned respondent police.
