                 Vehicles Act 1988 against the award dated 05.11.2019 made in MCOP No.162 of
                 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (II Additional District
                 Judge), Villupuram @ Tindivanam.

Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit

that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled out of Court and

the claimants have agreed to receive Rs.59,00,000/- as full and final settlement

and that amount is also deposited. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission

of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
