                                                      JUDGMENT

(Judgment of Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.)

The Contempt Petition has been filed to comply with the judgment

made by the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court in W.A.No.3908 of 2019

dated 06.03.2020, wherein, the authorities were directed to appoint a

teacher possessing Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate to the petitioner-

school.

2. Pursuant to the said judgment dated 06.03.2020, one

P.P.Sivakumar was deployed from Arthanaari Aided Primary School, vide

proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7578/A5/2018 dated 03.11.2020. Besides, the

writ petitioner, who is the Secretary of the school herself had addressed the

letter dated 25.02.2021 to the learned Special Government Pleader (Edn)

stating that in view of the compliance of the judgment made by this Court

in W.A.No.3908 of 2019, dated 06.03.2020, the Contempt petition may be

closed.
