                                                ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 have filed a memo dated

17.08.2021 before this Court, which reads as follows:

"This Civil Revision Petition has been filed

challenging the fair and decreetal order in R.C.O.P

No.12 of 2013 dated 02.01.2017. The respondents had

filed E.P No.55 of 2017 for executing the order of

eviction. The Executing Court was pleased to order

delivery and possession of tenancy premises and the

same was also handed over to the respondent and E.P

was terminated on 21.09.2017 recording the delivery.

The aforesaid facts were also recorded by this Court

while disposing A.S.No.170 of 2017 filed by the Revision

Petitioner against the judgment and decree in O.S No.36

of 2014. The appeal A.S.No.170 of 2017 was dismissed

as infructuous by this Court on 06.02.2020. Therefore,

nothing survives for further adjudication in the above

Civil Revision Petition".

2. Recording the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for

the respondents 1 to 5, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as

infructuous. No costs.
