                               Plaint filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules read

                     with Order VII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for a

                     judgment and decree:

                               (a) directing the defendants to jointly and severally pay to the
                     plaintiff damages and compensation, as might be assessed by this
                     Hon'ble Court subject to a minimum of Rs.25,00,00,000/-;


                               (b) directing the defendants to pay to the plaintiff interest at the
                     rate of 12% per annum on Rs.25,00,00,000/- or such other sum as might
                     be assessed by this Hon'ble Court as damages from the date of plaint till
                     realization and


                               (c) directing the defendants to pay to the plaintiff the costs of the
                     suit.

                                                     JUDGMENT

Mr.Srinivasan, learned counsel representing M/s.Rugan and Arya

for the plaintiff would submit that they have given change of vakalat as

early as on 07.05.2016.

2. Since no new counsel has entered appearance till date, it is clear

that the plaintiff is not interest in prosecuting the suit.

3. Hence, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
