                      Chingleput, confirming the decree and judgment dated 10.11.2008 made
                      in O.S. No.33 of 2005 on the file of the Subordinate Court,
                      Madurantakam.

                                                       JUDGMENT

It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that

the sole appellant in the above appeals died on 28.04.2014 and till date,

no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole

appellant.

2. In view of the above, these Second Appeals are dismissed as

abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are
