COMMON PRAYER : Second Appeals filed under Section 100 of
C.P.C., against the judgments and decrees dated 29.04.2009 in A.S.No.65
of 2007 and A.S.No.66 of 2007 respectively on the file of the Learned
Sub Court Villupuram reversing the judgments and decrees in O.S.No.116
of 2005 and O.S.No.741 of 2004 dated 25.06.2007 respectively on the file
of the Learned Additional District Munsif Court, Villupuram and praying
to set aside the same.
