                     permanent injunction restraining the defendants herein, their men, agents,
                     servants or any other person or persons claiming through them or authorized
                     by them from, in any manner infringing the copy right of the plaintiffs in
                     respect of the Tamil film “Thunai Mudhalvar” scripted by K.Bagiyaraj and
                     starring Jeyaram, Swetha Menon, Sadhya & K.Bagiyaraj and others and
                     directed by Mr.R.Vivekanand, either by releasing, distributing or exploiting
                     the above picture or through in any other digital modes or in any other
                     manner on 10.04.2015 or on any other subsequent dates and for costs.
