                                                         JUDGMENT

It is seen from the records that this appeal is pending from the year 2013

onwards and when the matter is placed before this Court on 16.04.2021, 27.04.2021,

19.06.2021, 21.06.2021, 28.06.2021, 12.07.2021 and 02.08.2021, there was no

representation on the side of the appellant. Even today, when the case was posted

under the caption “for arguments or for orders”, there was no representation on the

side of the appellant. The second respondent is ready for arguments. There is no use

in keeping the appeal pending any further. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed for default. No Costs.
