                Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to
                punish the respondents for the willful disobedience and non-compliance of the
                order passed in W.P(MD).No.19428 of 2020 dated 04.02.2021 for committing
                the act of contempt of court.

                                                  JUDGMENT

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents gives

an undertaking that the order passed by this Court on 04.02.2021 will be

complied with in letter and spirit. A sum of Rs.29,992/- had already been

disbursed to the petitioner on 31.07.2021.

2. He also states that the petitioner can withdraw a sum of Rs.10,000/-

every month from the account in question.

3. Recording the undertaking, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
