                 Prayer: Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles
                 Act, 1988, to call for the records relating to the decree and award, dated
                 27.02.2015 made in M.C.O.P.No.246 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident
                 Claims Tribunal cum Additional District Court, Pudukottai and to enhance the
                 compensation and to allow the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

                                                JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the

second respondent / Insurance Company are present.

2.It is stated that the appellants and the second respondent have

settled their dispute amicably out of Court and they have also entered into a

compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo signed by both parties, in the presence

of their respective Counsel, is also produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the above and in view of the specific terms of the

Joint Compromise Memo, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed. No
