PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to
consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2014 by
holding an inquiry in the light of the guidelines embodied in Circular No.67
dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) issued by the 1st respondent, within
the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus
directing the fourth respondent to consider the complaint given by the
petitioner on 07.08.2014 in line with Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.
2. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this
Court, since the said Circular has been subsequently recalled by the
Inspector General of Registration, pursuant to the judgment of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
