1. By consent, the writ appeal is taken up for final disposal and is

disposed of by this judgment.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that in the light of

the subsequent development, nothing remains for further adjudication

in this writ appeal.

3. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.T.Karunakaran, learned

counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent also.

4. In the light of the said submission, the writ appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
