                                                     ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to

quash the proceedings in Spl.C.C No.52 of 2015 on the file of the

Sessions Judge,(Mahila Court), Salem.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions

submitted that the case itself has ended in acquittal by judgment dated

04.07.2017 made in Spl.C.C No.52 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions

Judge,(Mahila Court), Salem.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal

Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
