                                                   JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed as against the judgment

and decree dated 09.02.2012 passed in M.C.O.P.No.4 of 2012 on the file of

the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Nagapattinam.

2. When the matter was listed on 07.04.2021, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered

to be listed on 09.04.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today i.e.

09.04.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant.

3. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non

prosecution. No order as to costs.
