                                                   JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed as against the judgment

and decree dated 30.06.2010 passed in M.C.O.P.No.945 of 2005 on the file

of the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal, II Additional

Subordinate Judge, Salem.

2. When the matter was listed on 07.04.2021, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered

to be listed on 09.04.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today i.e.

09.04.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant.

3. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non

prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
