It is represented that the Writ Appeal is preferred against the

interim order, dated 27.11.2019, made in W.P.No.31964 of 2019, and

since the main writ petition itself came to be dismissed on 06.12.2019,

nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Appeal.

2.In the light of the above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition

is closed.
