Appellants.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has also filed a memo as early

as on 18.11.2011 for the death of the respondent who died on 11.03.2021.

Till date, steps have also not been taken by the learned counsel for the

Appellants to bring on record the legal representatives for the deceased

respondent.

3. It can now be inferred that the Appellants are not interested in

prosecuting this second appeal. Accordingly, this second appeal shall stand

dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
