The Writ Appeal is preferred against the order of interim direction

dated 08.04.2015 in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.10215 of 2015 filed by

the respondent / writ petitioner and the learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the appellants / official respondents would fairly

submit that since the Writ Petition filed by the 1 st respondent / writ

petitioner came to be disposed of on 24.08.2016, nothing remains for

further adjudication in this Writ Appeal.

2. This Court heard the submission of the learned counsels

appearing for the respondents also.

3. In the light of the said development, the Writ Appeal is

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
